I have a sister who is a nun in Arkansas and she said you would be AMAZED at how much Japan has given and is still giving to the US for the Katrina area. Maybe people just don't know this; they are very very very generous donors to ANY disaster... I'm from Kansas, and they have given to Greensburg, Ks who was nearly wiped off the map,...did YOU? I am from Yokohama, Japan. The natural power of mother nature is beyond control especially earthquakes and volcanic eruptions. My wife just arrived in Japan to see her family and is still worried about the shaking of the earthquake even in Tokyo. I am very concerned about her and her family safety there, I can feel her worrying even from where I am deployed at in Afghanistan now.
