I guess it has some IP restriction. Try using different IP or proxy.
I do remember seeing that about a month ago. I had to redo my r4i sdhc and I found this site. But now, when I try I keep getting the page doesn't exist. I tried using firefox, apple mac, and also on many different computers. None works. Not sure how DQ@NC is getting this page to work?
