Hello,
first of all : sorry for my english, i'm french and sorry if i'm not in the right forum.
it's the first time on this site.
I've checked the tracing of my item and I have this message : "The item (RT113527592HK) was returned to sender on 24-Dec-2011."
But, I never received the item in my mailbox, how can i get it back ? Where does the problem come from ?

None of the support team responds apparently, so I'll say what I think you can do.
You can call your local post office to ask what's going on with your package. Give them the tracking number, so they can check the reason why she shipped it back to the sender.
