I ordered a PS3Yes and a P3Hub but didn't receive my PS3Yes. I was told that they sent it so there is nothing they can do. I complained some more and was told if I wanted to pay $15 they would send me another! WTF!!! Why would I ever want to pay another $15 for what I should have received in the first place. I am disputing it with my credit card currently. I let a friend of mine just place an order for 2 DSTT cards thought my account so we'll see if he gets ripped as bad as I did.
Jeez! Guys, you're getting products with HUGE discounts, so be a bit patient. ALSO, you say that the customer service sucks right? AT LEAST they actually have some sort of customer service! Some of you guys have been a little unlucky, but as i read more and more hate mail, i realize that when the ndscardsale get to the bottom of it, its usually because the buyer has given the wrong address or something stupid like that. I think that 95% these guys are great!
Also, yes i expect people that work for an english web site to know english. The default here is english. Also, anyone could do customer support, its just live chat. They could set up an account on my computer if they wanted to, and I could do support, for example.
