This website SUCKS.

I've ordered a Acekard2i from this website. It's been 2, almost 3 weeks now and have still not received it.
The customer service is horrible. This is one of the most unorganized website's I've seen in a long time.
The English spoken by the customer service is mediocre at BEST.
I've had friends order from this site, just to have been ripped off,as they pay for the more expensive shipping, but their package getting there as much as 2 and a half months later.
This is the most frustrated I've been with an order from anywhere.
DO NOT use this website it you want your package anytime soon. And when I say soon, I mean months. I guarantee you will not receive your package within the 20 days given.
If you do, it is a miracle.
In my opinion, this is just ridiculous.
If anybody can change my opinion, please, try and do so.

sometimes shit happens, they are sending all the way from HK the remote place.
The most important thing is they can process the order quicker than other sites.

If you want to pay discounted prices then expect a less-expensive operation.
If, however, you wish to pay through your fat, ugly nose, then go to your local distributor and get it overnight for a likely 200% mark-up!!!
And if the rest of the World wishes to learn their language, it'll make it even easier for them to communicate...not everyone connected with Hong Kong business speaks English.

It's been 4 days since I've ordered my CycloDS Evolution and I still haven't gotten the dispatch and tracking number email, but I'm not whining. But I am a little worried.
Tyler, it takes about 4 days, don't be worried. My only complaint is the fact that customer service workers don't know english.
@TylerFG, cyclo ds cards normally takes extra longer than regular items.
