Recently, some customers told us they could not open this website. For those who can not open r4i-sdhc.hk,please download R4i English v1.33b kernel(updated on r4i-sdhc.hk on 2011-01-18) at

Tips from the official website:
STEP 1 DOWNLOAD
Supports roms Multimedia files,or Homebrew games of any size from Internet
STEP 2 COPY
Directly Drags and drops all files into the microSD(TF) card from Computer (Please do not exact it to pc and copy, it needed extracting direct to memory stick).
STEP 3 PLAY
Plugs and plays in SLOT-1 without any passcard and supports all DS versions.
(sometimes, you may need rearrange the file to the root of your memory card)
OTHER TIPS:
If the loading speed is slow,maybe the fragments of your SD/TF card are too many. You can format using the official SD/TF card format tool(better to fat32).

What the heck is that supposed to mean? Number 4 above "(sometimes, you may need rearrange the file to the root of your memory card)" What do you mean? Rearrange WHAT file? How do you do this? I have wasted more time trying to get your product to work. I wish I would have purchased it somewhere else. I think you people don't have a clue as to how to instruct your customers on how to easily download and use your product.
General step:
1. Format your Micro SD Card, (TF card) first, some flashcarts might only support 2GB or 4GB TF card, so make sure your TF card is in the acceptable capacity.
2. Download the right kennel, make sure you download from the right website, too many factories selling R4 cards for now, each factory hosts a site, so if you download wrong kennel, it definitely not going to work.
3. The kennel fire is in .RAR format, so make sure you can Extract.
4. Please pay attention to this step, once you extracted, you can open a R4i English folder, under this folder, you could see data folder, dsxreader folder, moonshl2 folder, NDSMAIL folder, Plugins folder, Skin folder, SYSTEM folder and some other files, now we need copy all these into the Root of the TF card.
5. For the downloaded ROM files, (the games) you also copy into the Root of the TF card. Normally in .nds format.
6. Then TF card insert into R4 card, then R4 card insert into NDS console.
7. Power on the console, the flashcart should be working..
8. If not working, try to extract the downloaded kennel into the TF card, but make sure, in the Root of the TF card, need to be: data folder, dsxreader folder, moonshl2 folder, NDSMAIL folder, Plugins folder, Skin folder, SYSTEM folder and some other files extracted from the kennel.

Is this card compatible with the last 3ds update?
I downloaded the lastets firmware from http://www.r4i-sdhc.com/downloade.asp and still not responding, plus, the url in the box of the card www.r4i-sdhc.hk/ and there's no firmware update for the card yet.
