First, welcome to Ndscardsale.com. As you may have noticed that we are a professional NDS cards online seller. Everything you get here is about COOL and FUN.

But for our new customers, you may have a lot of questions in mind right now such as "how do i pay", "how much shipping fee i have to pay" or the most frequently asked "how long does it take before i get my card". Well, let's do this in Q&A format down here. Just follow up~

Q: Who are you? Can I trust you?
A: Ndscardsale.com was launched on 2009. As a professional online seller, we provide hundreds of different Nintendo DS cards for your selection. Though the history is not long, ndscardsale.com has established a good reputation among the gaming community. Basically everyone in ndscardsale.com is a game fan and thus we are no difference with our customers. We know exactly what a normal customer expects. We have bound our site to two famous internet security authorities, Mcafee and Trustwave, which you might find on our homepage. This enables a more secured shopping experience.


Q: Why do you sell the cards in such a low price? Are you a scam?
A: Some people might get shocked when they saw our pricing because the pricing is incredibly low. So people might think that we are just a scam. Well that makes sense people think in that way, but they just can't imagine how close we are to the original manufacturers. We have built very good relationship with a lot of manufacturers for a long time and it has been long before we started ndscardsale.com. And that's how we can keep our cost low, which in turn results a low pricing on the website. We know that there are many other sellers who are doing the same business like us but mark the price in a much higher value. We have always been trying to maintain our margin at a low level so that our customers can get more out of it.

Q: I can't find what I need, how am I supposed to do?
A: Ndscardsale.com has a wide array of selection of products. You can use the search function on our website to find any keyword that is related to your product or if you are familiar with the product you can also directly search the SKU number of our product to get to the product page. If you can't find what you want, you are welcome to send email to service@ndscardsale.com or start a thread on the product request forum and tell us about what you need. We will definitely try to source the product for you. One more word to say, it's usually difficult since we got so many cards here.

Q: Do DSi flashcarts work on the DSi XL?
A: Yes, any 1.4 DSi compatible flashcart will work on the DSi XL.

Q: Can I use SDHC on my original R4 now that Wood R4 is out?
A: No. Wood R4 only supports 1-2GB microsd cards, just like the original R4 menu.

Q: How do I listen to music or watch movies on my DS?
A: Get a homebrew application called “Moonshell 2”

Q: Which flashcart is the best?
A: That's for you to decide using our comparison tables.

Q: How to choose flash card?
A: There are several things for you considering. Such as extra-fast loading, superior build quality, Games/MP3 switcher interface, Dsi compatible and so on. You can choose the suitable one for yourself.

Q: How to use the USB card reader?
A: Log onto the PC, put the memory card in the relevant slot of the reader and plug the reader into one of the USB ports on the PC (2 on the left side of the screen, 2 on the right side of the PC). Two balloon messages will appear at the bottom right of the screen- the first finds the card reader, the second finds the memory card. Let these messages disappear by themselves and within a minute, this window should open (if it doesn’t, try taking the memory card out of the reader and putting it back in again). In this example, we want to! Open folder to view files using Windows Explorer! So select the option shown here and click on the “OK” button.

Q: Do I need to setup the kernel for my flash card?
A: If you buy flash card and Micro SD card from us, we will preload the kernel for you. What is more, we will pre-store some games for you. Anyway we are trying to assure you less trouble. But for some cards, you will have to do it yourself. Anyway it's also a good practice for game lovers, isn't it? :P

Q: How can I pay online?
A: There are currently three ways to pay. Customers can finish online payment with credit cards or PayPal account. If customers need to buy large sums of goods, we strongly recommend Western Union Money Transfer.
1. Online payment with credit cards. This is the most frequently used payment method since it is fast and efficient. We accept MasterCard, VISA, Maestro, Solo, American Express, Discover, Switch and JCB.
2. PayPal account.
3. Western Union Money Transfer. We can accept payment by West Union when you want to order large sums of products (usually 1,500 USD above). Please go to http://www.westernunion.com/info/selectCountry.asp to find your agent and confirm you can pay by West Union, then contact us to get our information of West Union

Q: What kind of currency do you accept?
A: At present, USD, GBP and EUR.

Q: Can I change my delivery address after I have placed my order?
A: You can change your shipping address by sending email to service@ndscardsale.com. Address and recipients can be changed when the order status is processing. When it is showing 'Processing', please contact us as soon as possible to change your address. We will do our best to have your delivery details changed. Note that in some circumstances the package may be already left our warehouse before your request is processed and thus address cannot be changed.

Q: How do I cancel my order?
A: If you want to cancel an order already placed, please contact our service team by Live Chat or service email ASAP. If your order has not been shipped out, we will cancel it and give you a full refund.
If your order has already been shipped, we will have no way to cancel it. After receiving your order you can decide whether to keep it or return it. If you want to return, please contact us.

A: Definitely yes. Ndscardsale.com now has a point system.
