Support ticket not recieving response

Hello, I have an ongoing support ticket and haven't heard back since Jan. 30. I am concerned that there may have been a misunderstanding, as my issue is still unresolved. The ticket had originally been two tickets for different items that came defective, but was combined into one ticket by the staff member.
The first of the defective items was replaced right away, but the second needed confirmation from a game shop worker - which I obtained right before CNY. After CNY, the staff member thought I needed replacement for the item which had already been replaced - but I still need a replacement for the other item, and I'm not sure if that was understood.
Not sure if this is allowed here, but if you can help me, thanks!
